January marked the hardest choice in NebraskaRun.com history, there were so many quality marks and performances posted, but in the end it came down to this Husker.

David Adams broke the University of Nebraska Indoor 5k All-Time mark on his first meet of his 2010 indoor campaign. Posting a 14:12 for 5000 meters at the Holiday Inn Classic in Lincoln. Adams time broke David Iteffa’s 1995 record of 14:17.35, while Adams also topped his previous best of 14:38.75 by over 26 seconds.

The following week, Adams posted a solid 8:09 over 3000 meters at the Adidas Classic.
